Party Venue : East Ortigas Mansions

Tucked  somewhere in Ortigas Avenue Extension in Pasig is a small and quiet low rise condominium community by DMCI named East Ortigas Mansions.

It's one of the first private residential communities developed by the Consunji-owned property developer and has the signature resort-type facilities like a huge pool, gym and of course, a club house.

East Ortigas Mansion's Clubhouse is an spacious venue ideal for children's parties and even debut celebrations.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 120 persons in a banquet setup.

They also have a Karaoke Room that can be added to the booking if you need a room to entertain VIP guests or an after-party entertainment.

There are also two billiard tables permanently setup and these cannot be moved and removed. Personally, I think this one of the disadvantages of this venue but if you are creative enough, this area can be used for candy buffet or dessert setup.

This venue can be rented for only Php13000 for 4 hours (plus 2 hours ingress, 1 hour egress). Homeowner's sponsorship or endorsement is required to be able to reserve.

Party Venue: Royal Palm Residences Function Hall

There is a lovely venue tucked in the middle of Acacia Estates in Taguig. If you've been to this community of low rise condominiums developed and managed by DMCI, you would have probably fallen in love with the area and dreamt of owning a residential unit there.

Royal Palm Residences is a Thai inspired mid-rise residential buildings within Acacia Estates and they have this equally well-appointed venue for parties and gatherings.

We've been invited to attend a kiddie party twice at their multi-purpose hall. It's big enough to accommodate a stage setup, some food carts and 2 buffet tables. They also have a caterer's area which makes the party look organized with all the catering equipment tucked in a room/kitchen.

It's spacious enough for a kiddie party or a debut and maybe even big enough to accommodate an intimate wedding reception.

The only downside with this venue is parking. When we last attended a party here, we were told that guests parking were already prohibited/limited by DMCI, hence, we had to park at a nearby community mall (Savemore) and just take a shuttle service around Acacia Estates.

Rental for the function hall is at Php12000 for non-residents and Php6000 for homeowners.
